1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrenchTalmud ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

TrenchTalmud is a decentralized platform for defining cryptocurrency and web3 terminology. Users can submit words, propose definitions, stake $TALMUD tokens, and earn rewards through definition wars.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Platform. By using TrenchTalmud, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

• • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• • You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• • You understand that all blockchain transactions are irreversible
• • You agree not to manipulate or attempt to manipulate definition wars
• • You are solely responsible for your staking decisions and their outcomes

5. Token Staking and Rewards

$TALMUD tokens staked on the Platform are subject to the following:

• • Staked tokens may be lost if you back a losing definition
• • Rewards are distributed according to the on-chain smart contract logic
• • The Platform does not guarantee any returns on staked tokens
• • Token values may fluctuate and you may lose your entire stake

6. Content Guidelines

All submitted content must comply with the following:

• • No hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• • No illegal content or promotion of illegal activities
• • No spam, misleading information, or phishing attempts
• • No content that violates intellectual property rights
• • Definitions should be relevant to crypto/web3 terminology

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting content to TrenchTalmud, you grant the Platform a perpetual, non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content. You retain ownership of your original content but acknowledge that definitions become part of the public dictionary once settled.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ACCURACY OF CONTENT, OR SECURITY OF FUNDS. CRYPTOCURRENCY INVOLVES SIGNIFICANT RISK AND YOU MAY LOSE YOUR ENTIRE INVESTMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRENCHTALMUD AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF TOKENS, DATA, OR PROFITS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrenchTalmud and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
